Business transaction data submitted by pilot users or partner banks is processed strictly to deliver the financial analysis described on this site. Personal data submitted through the pilot forms on this site (name, work email, company, role and optional message) is used only to respond to that request and to administer the pilot programme.
We do not sell personal data. The service is being designed around controlled access, data minimisation, retention limits, deletion on request and appropriate GDPR-aligned safeguards. Data scope, retention and deletion arrangements are agreed with each customer or banking partner before a pilot begins.
Under GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to alex@johngalt.rocks.
A full, GDPR-aligned privacy policy will be published before general availability of the self-service product.
